Amie and Aman Hindu Indian wedding celebration took place at the beautiful Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. This is one of those weddings, every guest will remember for a very long time. Amie and Aman picked the right wedding attire combination for their Sangeet night, wedding ceremony and reception. They had the most outstanding vendor team that included Occasions by Shangri-la, our amazing wedding decorator, Eventrics Weddings, and the great wedding coordinator team.
The Videographer was our old friend; Voila Cinematic, the make up artist, the incredible Style By Susmita. The Henna artist was the talented Henna Allure. Awaaz Entertainment and Rahul Patel made sure we had the most extraordinary music for all the days. It was a celebration that the we will never forget.
I have recently started shooting Indian weddings at this location. This is one of my favorite wedding venue in the Orlando area for the South East Asian weddings. First of all, the wedding venue is beautiful and offers something to do for all ages. If you love golf, the wedding venue is surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf and 15 acres of recreation.
Secondly, there is plenty of outdoor space, there is a pool, lazy river, fire pits, and fountain. The staff is amazing and super friendly and helpful. Food may be a bit a little overpriced as are the drink offerings at the bar. Well, you are in Orlando, keep in mind.
Although, the parking area is large and conveniently located in front of the hotel, I am warning you that trying to leave there can be a challenge. You may be over 200 people leaving at the same time from a small, very crowded place. Therefore, I strongly recommend self-parking. For some wedding guests, it took almost 30 minutes to just leave the parking lot.
In addition, the property is so huge that you may want to take into consideration walking time when you are planning your Indian wedding. You may need 5-10 minutes to get from the hotel room to the wedding reception area depending on your room location. Also, keep in mind that on your wedding weekend, there may be a couple weddings going on. All in all, Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is perfect for a Hindu Indian wedding.
