PHOTO RELEASE FORM

We, _____________________________hereby give Haring Photography and their legal representatives and assigns, the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs taken at our wedding.
These photographs may be used in domestic and international photography competitions, publications, including electronic publications, or in audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways.

Haring Photography agrees to grant to the Buyer a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free license to use, copy and modify any elements of the Material produced by Haring Photography for the Buyer (“Material”) not specifically created for the Buyer as part of the Services for any personal usage. Buyer may not use the Material for anything other than for personal purposes except with the express written consent of Haring Photography.  With respect to the Material, the Service Provider retains all of the copyright, intellectual property rights and any other data or material used or subsisting from the Material whether finished or unfinished.
We hereby warrant that we are over eighteen (18) years of age, and are competent to contract in our own names.
