We could not have been happier when Joanna + Peter invited us to shoot their wedding in Martha’s Vineyard. Neither of us had been there before; so with new eyes and our cameras ready, we ventured into a three day journey of rugged nature.

When you arrive in Martha’s Vineyard you have a sense of having been there before. The boat ride calms you at once from the hustle and bustle of city living; and once you get past the touristy areas, and wander through the peaceful back roads, the you feel the silent splendor of nature everywhere.

Martha’s Vineyard is special place. When you leave, you take a part of it with you. We are still amazed at how such a simple place can evoke such passion and longing to return.
