Advice from Paige + Jeff

People told me, “Just know, something will go wrong on your wedding day.”
Being a perfectionist and planning every detail of my wedding, I was like “yeah, yeah, ok sure (while thinking to myself– “but not to me, of course!”).

As with the unpredictable Florida weather, not every little detail that I worked on for a whole year, weather included, went as I had exactly planned. With the rains coming in, I had to make a decision. The decision on my wedding day that I didn’t think I would have to make ultimately wasn’t about choosing whether (no pun intended) to move the ceremony and cocktail hour indoors (Mother Nature chose that), but was a decision about my attitude that day. After the disappointment of what I thought “should be,” I truly chose to let go and go with the flow. I became more present in the moment; enjoying and soaking it all in. I had an attitude of gratitude, excitement, love..

It made me refocus on truly the only most important detail: How grateful and blessed I was (and still am!) to be marrying THE Jeff Ginsberg- my best friend, and truly the coolest husband of all time. Marrying him was my dream come true. And to have our parents and other favorite people present and excited to celebrate our love was the cherry on top! All the love, good vibes (and fun dance moves) made the whole day and night beautiful, memorable, and what it’s all about.

And it just shows, things are perfect in their own unique way. Future brides: embrace and enjoy it all! Some of the most memorable moments are unplanned and evolve naturally. And with Otto and Priscilla, you don’t have to worry, you are in the best (and talented and fun) hands 🙂
**I know you wanted me to write a little something..Not sure if this is what you were looking for, but feel free to use it if you like it and/or if you want to take out any parts (I know it’s a little long). And If you want to add anything to it as well..I am curious to see/know your perspective on our big day!
Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂 xoxo Paige and Jeff
